I have been able to get hold of one of the most popular programs online in the fitness and weight-loss market: “ The Truth About Six Pack Abs”. It is a pretty awesome program, and I have written up a full review of The Truth About Six Pack Abs here. This program was developed by fitness expert Mike Geary, and purports to offer a comprehensive fitness and weightloss plan. This certainbly has had a lot of buzz around the net. But does Truth About Six Pack Abs live up to all the hype? Or is it just some gimmicky book rehashing old stuff with little new information?
I really do need to get rid of this belly-fat that comes on in your thirty’s, so I am a perfect candidate to get sucked into some super-sales page, I must say. So I read the descriptor and thought that it at least worth investigating. I was able to find a few reviews of Truth About Six Pack Abs around the place, and there seemed to be pretty universal satisfaction with it so I took the plunge! I took the $4.95 two week trial option that I took from memory.
What ’s Inside?
My review at the above link gives a better overview of what wis in this package. I was surprised that the amount of information was quite comprehensive, and took me some time to get through the whole manual. It starts with a good run down of the essential anatomy, presented in an easy-to-absorb manner. It is pretty important for knowing what you want to achieve, andwhat NOT to train. The author spends some time dispelling the big myths about getting super-flat abdominals - like how too much cardio exercise works against you. My full review of The Truth About Six Pack Abs can be found here - check it out.
